Barbados is back! Barbados first appeared in our cake cabinet in 2008 and has returned as part of our 10 Year favourites menu. Caramelised palm sugar mousse, coconut rice pudding legere, mango jelly with pineapple pieces soaked in kaffir lime & palm sugar, coconut jelly and sable breton.

Online orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. However all Zumbo stores stock a selection of large cakes, tarts and bar cakes. So if you need something sooner, call us on 1800 858 611 and we’ll find you a cake pronto.

Our cakes are delicate little guys and need some loving. Try to get them to refrigeration stat (if you’re not consuming them straight away). When travelling keep the cake box as flat and still as possible, we recommend the car floor behind the drivers or passengers seat, and make sure you keep the box out of direct sunlight. If you do refrigerate, take the cake out of the fridge 10 – 15 minutes prior to serving, to let the cake temperate come up a notch (so you can taste all those delightful flavours).
